Well the dust has settled and the only club standing is Rockdale. After 2 weekends of at times bitter conflict the boys have become men and triumphed over all comers.



For the first time ever Rockdale has taken out the U6, U7 and U9 Premierships at the annual Southern Districts Gala day. All year the boys were honing their skills refining their techniques awaiting the moment that they could unleash them on an unsuspecting foe.

Well folks I'll start with a few weeks ago when we played Oatley at home on a Friday night, wet and drizzly rain greeted everyone as they arrived before a ball was even kicked.

All the junior grades were booked for their photo shoots which took some of the warm up time away from the U 9's preparation, this and the fact a few of the boys were missing meant it was going to be a good test for the boys.

The Junior Disco was held on Sunday the 8th Aug at the the Bowling Club and was a huge success. Approx 96 children plus there parents attended !! Thank you to all those who helped out on the night and to all the people who came along to support. It was great to have the club come together and for everyone to meet each other. Some of the kids has some mean moves. See the uploaded video and photos from the Disco and we hope to see all the over 18's on Sat 14th at the Social supporting your club !!
